Our approach

Trust & content

Good practice makes its reasoning—and its limits—visible. Here is how CertGraph’s content is created, what supports it, and how to raise a concern.

Original practice, not exam dumps

CertGraph’s scenarios and questions are original synthetic practice. They are not real or recalled certification questions. We do not provide exam dumps. The exercises are designed to make architectural constraints and tradeoffs explicit, so you can examine the reasoning behind a choice.

Grounded in official AWS sources

Content draws on official AWS documentation, including the SAA-C03 exam guide and CloudFront’s guidance on restricting access to an S3 origin. References within learning items provide more specific provenance. Sources support particular explanations, not an endorsement of CertGraph. A service can be appropriate under one set of requirements and inappropriate under another; checking those conditions is part of the practice. AWS services and documentation change; consult the current source when a detail matters to a real design.

Agent assistance, human responsibility

AI agents assist with development, drafting, and review. The product’s explanations and guided feedback are prepared content, not a live AI tutor. CertGraph’s maintainer remains responsible for what is published and for corrections. Agent-assisted checks do not establish independent expert approval. We do not claim that every item has received independent human AWS expert review or AWS approval.

Corrections preserve context

Content can contain mistakes or miss an important qualification. Corrections are published as new content versions, preserving the original context of historical attempts rather than silently rewriting what a learner answered. If you find a concern, share the item title or ID, what seems wrong, and a relevant source where possible. A report does not imply a guaranteed response time.

What this practice can—and cannot—claim

CertGraph is independent and is not affiliated with AWS. Its short mock forms do not produce an official exam score, and practice results do not guarantee certification success. Learning efficacy has not been independently established. Use the product alongside current official documentation and other preparation appropriate to your goals.

Separate data lanes

CertGraph loads no third-party analytics or advertising tools. Optional Product Signals, shown as “Share product analytics,” stays off until you enable it and sends only the disclosed learning milestones to CertGraph and Supabase. Manual feedback is a separate lane. CertGraph does not share identifiers among these lanes or join them into a person-level funnel. Every choice for this browser is in Privacy choices; the complete disclosures are in Data & feedback.

Feedback and contact

Questions, corrections, and content concerns are welcome at christianmandefro@devlookforward.com. The email link opens your mail app; it does not attach your browser progress or send anything automatically.

Report a content issue

The in-app form stores feedback separately from analytics, attaches no progress or evidence, and gives you a receipt code and deletion token.
